We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

To return an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the goods are faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong goods so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers or plants), bespoke products (for example, special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (for example, beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the merchandise you have and make a separate purchase of new merchandise after receiving your return.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
