We are Lavdin company


We operate an e-shop on the Lavdin.com website.


We process some personal data in order to provide the sale of goods and the operation of our website.


The processing of personal data is mainly regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on the protection of personal data) ("GDPR")


    Processing of personal data


    1. Processing of personal data in the case of using the contact form

    2. If you are inquiring about our products and services, we will work with your contact information, which you will inform us of, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: Name, address and contact information (email and phone number).

          For what reason?

      We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding the goods.


          Based on what legal reason?

      This is processing on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR – contract negotiations, or carrying out pre-contractual arrangements at your request.


                  How long will we process personal data?

      Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 36 months from our last communication.


    3. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

    4. If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, phone number, email.


          For what reason?

      We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract - to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, possibly regarding complaints or your questions.


      We will continue to process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for processing claims and others).


      On what legal basis do we process personal data?

      This is processing on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Article 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR - fulfillment of our legal obligation.


      How long will we process personal data?

      For the period of performance of our service and then 36 months from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.


    5. Newsletters (business announcements)

    6. If you are a purchasing customer and you have not prohibited us from doing so during the purchase, we will use your e-mail address for the distribution of our news.


      Based on what legal reason?

      It allows us to § 7 par. 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on some services of the information society, unless you prohibited us from doing so during the purchase.


      How long will we process personal data?

      3 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via e-mail or contact us at: support@lavdin.com


        Who has access to the data?


          Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us and get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. They are:

          - Operator of the e-shop platform

          - Companies participating in the shipment of goods

          -Companies participating in the forwarding of payments

          -Provider of e-mailing service

          -Marketing agency

             


            What else should you know?


              We do not have an appointed personal data protection officer in our company.


              In our company, decisions are made on the basis of automatic processing or profiling.

                  Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

                     

                    The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and ask for information about how we process your personal data, to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, request us in certain situations deletion of personal data and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. It is possible to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

                    By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

                     

                    If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or take your claims to court.
