Do you ship worldwide? Yes

Where do you ship the goods from? We send the goods from foreign warehouses.

Can I change or cancel my order? As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be rejected. You can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed? All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and seasonal discounts, we allow a little more time to process your order. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship goods on Saturdays and Sundays.

How long will it take to receive my item? Due to high demand, the goods may arrive between 2-4 weeks.

What if I don't receive my goods? If you do not receive your item within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I pay for duties and taxes? Prices shown on our website are in EUR and include tax. You may be responsible for paying duties and taxes when you receive your goods. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged when the goods arrive at the final destination determined by the local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs office in your country. What if the goods I received are defective/wrong/damaged? Please contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include the order number, photos of the item and any related reference details upon receipt of the package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund? All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return or cancellation request. Please contact the issuing bank with questions about when the money will be sent to your account.
